Return & Refund Policy

At Buy My Sticker, all products are custom-made according to customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

Custom Printed Products

All custom stickers, labels, business cards, packing tapes, and other personalized products are manufactured specifically for each customer. Therefore, orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

A refund, reprint, or replacement may be offered if:

  • The product received is different from the approved artwork.

  • The quantity supplied is significantly less than ordered.

  • The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects.

  • There is a printing error caused by Buy My Sticker.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Customer-approved artwork containing spelling, design, or content errors.

  • Color variations within industry-standard printing tolerances.

  • Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Change of mind after production has started.

Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
